Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of products that meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product is unopened and unused in its original, sealed packaging
  • The return is initiated within 45 days of the original purchase date
  • The product has been stored appropriately (at 2–8°C for lyophilized compounds) since receipt
  • The product is not a final sale or clearance item

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions

Please do not return products without first receiving an RMA number. Unauthorised returns may not be processed and could result in the product being discarded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product shipped, product arrived damaged, or product does not match its description). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if required.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before they have been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
