Zen Well Labs currently ships to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address — we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide compounds are stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. However, for orders containing reconstituted compounds or temperature-sensitive materials, we use insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain appropriate storage conditions during shipping. We recommend storing all compounds at 2–8°C upon receipt.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. The return address on the package will read "ZWL Research Supplies" without reference to specific product names. Inner packaging is designed to protect compounds from physical damage and temperature fluctuations during transit.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.
During peak periods (holidays, promotional events) and in cases of extreme weather or carrier disruptions, shipping times may be extended. We will notify you by email if we anticipate a significant delay with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. Zen Well Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible and may incur additional fees.
